Can't I just buy estate planning documents online?
Sure you can. But ordering a Will form online is not the same as creating an estate plan.
Our program gives you an attorney-developed estate plan that is customized to your needs, but delivered with the convenience and efficiency of an online platform.
How long does it take?
2-3 weeks typically, but the timeline mostly depends on you. If you need us to move quickly, we will. Sometimes when our clients move at a slower pace, it takes a few months.
After you complete your planning worksheets and meet with your attorney, we prepare your documents. Drafting time varies, but typically it's 7 to 10 days.
After that, people spend different amounts of time reviewing their Will and Power of Attorney documents before they are finalized for signing.
Is it safe to provide my personal and financial information virtually?
Yes, we provide secure upload links to transfer information to your attorney. Your information is treated and safeguarded just as we would with any of our clients.
I don't live near your office, can I still use this program?
Yes! We're in West Chester, PA, but we've designed the program so it can be used anywhere in Pennsylvania.
If you cannot come to our offices to sign your documents, we will provide detailed instructions to help you complete them at your location.
You talk about High Net Worth. What does that mean?
We find that if your assets are $5 million or more, you might need a more complex estate plan.
